Job descriptionOptions for Coverage : Schedule Veterans within your own practice Shift Options : Work days (4 hours) and / or full days (8 hours) Exam Type : One-time non-treatment Compensation & Pension (C&P) exams and separation health assessments Conduct interviews and physical assessments, including range of motion testing, muscle strength testing, and evaluation of traumatic brain injury Perform a mix of General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury exams No prescribing or treatment required Board Certification : Required in Neurology, Neurosurgery, or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) State License : Required in Maine Certifications : DMA certification (CME credits available) must obtain if not already certified; client does not reimburse for DMA certifications or portal training Equipment : Own personal laptop (NO MACs) Required Skills : Use of Goniometer, familiarity with Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardio; proficient in METs testing, and evaluating respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions Credentialing Timeframe : Quick credentialing and onboarding Support : Normal nursing and tech support available at the facility
