Provide comprehensive medical care to residents in a nursing home setting. Perform patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans. Manage acute and chronic illnesses. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff. Respond to medical emergencies and changes in patient condition. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
