This particular opening is in the Crown Point section of Northwest Indiana. Currently considering Part-Time and Full-Time candidates, with full benefits for both. • Locations : Crown Point, IN
• Schedule : Full Time : 12 Shifts per month Part Time : 8-10 Shifts per month
• Benefits : Full benefits for both Full Time and Part Time
• Hours : Mon-Fri : 8am - 8pm Sat-Sun : 8am - 6pm
• Procedures : Typical Urgent Care
• EMR : Docutap
• Requirements : Must be board certified in FM or IM, must be licensed in IN.
