Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Johnson City, New York.

Job Description & Requirements

• Duration : 13 weeks
• 36 hours per week
• Shift : 12 hours, days, nights
• Employment Type : Travel

Every other weekend

Required certs : BLS, ACLS, TNCC

Required experience : Cardiac Telemetry : experience with TAVR, watchmans, mitral clips, heart catherizations, preop / post op open heart (when transferred out of CVICU), cardiac IV and PO, cardiac drips (cardizem, amiodarone, dobutamine, lidocaine, milrinone, heparin, insulin), anticoagulant, CHF, CP, arythmias, NSTEMI, STEMI, PE, post op CABG greater then 3 days, Sepsis, PNA, Stroke, observation patients.
