Job descriptionEarn an additional $0.23 per mile while dispatched with a student for all miles Enhanced sense of pride teaching your skills to new drivers Lifelong friendship with those you mentor Higher level of respect among your peers Hotel reimbursement, up to $75, per each training period Solo dispatch only with students, no team freight Earn CFI apparel for your participation 2-day finisher class must be successfully completed Driver is paid $180 per day for attending Refresher training classes every three years Bonus program $500 upon completion of your ninth qualifying student upgrade. Qualifying upgrade means you trained a student in its entirety ( No bonus program for Slip / TT / Dedicated) Priority status on the planning board when you have a student onboard 21 years of age or older, with a Class A commercial driver’s license Have the right to work and live in the United States Experienced driver with 6 months of experience : 1 month with CFI Previous Student Trainee : 6 months with CFI No preventable accidents within last 6 months No DOT preventable accidents within last 12 months No moving violations within previous 6 months No unsafe CSA violations within previous 6 months
