Project Manager
Optomi, in partnership with one of our premier clients is seeking a Project Manager to support cross-functional Studio Technology teams in the delivery of complex software initiatives. This role blends technical project management and Scrum Master leadership, ensuring projects are delivered on time, in scope, and within budget across multiple product, engineering, and QA groups.
The ideal candidate brings deep Agile experience, strong organizational leadership, and the ability to drive execution while supporting the evolution of project management practices across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years as a Project Manager working within Agile / Scrum environments
- Demonstrated understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- CSM certification required
- Bachelors degree required; Technical degree preferred
- Experience in Media, Entertainment, or Technology industries strongly preferred
- Proven success managing large-scale technology projects from definition through implementation
- Hands-on experience conducting Agile ceremonies : standups, sprint planning, grooming, demos, retros
- Ability to manage scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and cross-functional delivery
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interface with technical leads, executives, and external partners
- Proficiency with :
- Jira & Atlassian Suite, SmartSheets, Miro, Airtable
- Experience using scheduling and collaboration tools in a project environment
- Strong conflict-resolution, prioritization, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills

Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple technology projects, ensuring on-time, in-scope, and in-budget executionPerform as Scrum Master across one or more project teamsDrive Agile ceremonies including daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectivesManage day-to-day project operations : scope, planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and executionPartner with Product and Engineering to understand and manage requirements, priorities, milestones, and dependenciesProvide clear and consistent project status reporting including timelines, risks, issues, and capacity needsFacilitate collaboration across Product, Engineering, QA, and external vendor partnersIdentify resource constraints and priority conflicts, surfacing impacts and recommendations to leadershipConduct Portfolio Reviews summarizing progress, risk assessments, project health, and resource utilizationApply analytical thinking to identify inefficiencies and implement processes that improve operational effectivenessFacilitate effective meetings and ensure project alignment across all stakeholdersDocument project artifacts, workflows, and decisions to support transparency and long-term maintainabilityProactively escalate issues, offer mitigation strategies, and maintain delivery momentumChampion a positive, collaborative, and action-oriented team culture
