Overview :

The Premium Services Game Day Associate position will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience to VIP guests, suite holders, and club members during NFL games, MLS matches, and special events at Bank of America Stadium. As a member of the Premium Services team, you'll assist in operating and supporting luxury suites, suite clubs, membership clubs, and hospitality villages, ensuring all premium guests enjoy a seamless, first-class experience.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional customer service to suite holders, club members, and VIP guests in all premium spaces.
• Greet and assist clients and guests upon arrival, offering wayfinding, general information, and support throughout the event.
• Monitor and support the functionality, cleanliness, and readiness of assigned premium areas.
• Assist with event setup, and breakdown.
• Act as a liaison between clients and the Premium Services Team to ensure seamless communication and elevated guest experience.
• Handle client inquiries or issues promptly and professionally, escalating to full-time staff as needed.
• Represent Tepper Sports & Entertainment with professionalism and hospitality.
