From managing contracts and listings to tracking KPIs and maintaining the database, you’ll be the operational backbone of the business. 55,000 - $65,000 yearly

• Managing and optimizing listings and transaction processes
• Building and maintaining operations manuals and team systems
• Supporting marketing, events, and lead generation systems
• Partnering with leadership to hire, onboard, and support future team growth
• Tracking metrics and managing the backend of a high-performing real estate business
