A company is looking for a TPL Claims Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Investigate and coordinate benefits for accident claims from various insurance policies

Review and research claims to determine payment sources and ensure proper claim disposition

Make appeals to payers on denied claims and pursue reimbursement for hospital claims

Qualifications and Requirements

High School Diploma or GED preferred

1-2 years of experience with computer functions and software, including Microsoft Office Suite

1-3 years of related experience in the field or a related area

Thorough knowledge of third-party claims adjudication, state lien statutes, and CMS secondary payer rules
