Job description

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced ETL & Dashboard Developer to design, develop, and maintain data dashboards and ETL processes using Qlik Sense, SQL Server, SSIS, and Azure Data Factory . The role involves working with public health disease surveillance data, performing requirements analysis, and generating ad-hoc reports.

Key Responsibilities :

Dashboard Development : Design and maintain Qlik Sense dashboards , data visualizations, trends, graphs, and interactive reporting features.
ETL & Data Integration : Develop SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and Azure Data Factory packages for Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes.
Data Analysis & Reporting : Create ad-hoc reports, OLAP database queries, and decision-support systems (DSS).
Documentation & Support : Maintain system documentation, functional specs, and user requirement documents.
Collaboration & Training : Work with cross-functional teams to standardize data collection and provide training on Qlik Sense tools .

Required Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in ETL development using Microsoft Visual Studio BI tools or Azure Data Factory .

5+ years of experience in dashboard development using Qlik View / Qlik Sense .

2+ years of experience with public health disease surveillance data dashboards .

5+ years of experience in SQL databases, DSS, and relational / OLAP queries .

5+ years of experience in system support, maintenance, and release management .

5+ years of experience with source control systems (Azure DevOps, TFS, or VSTS).

Strong expertise in object-oriented analysis and design .

Preferred Skills :

Experience working with high-performance, service-oriented, multi-tiered environments .

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Ability to mentor and train team members on Qlik Sense tools .
