Position Overview : As a Skilled Carpenter / Crew Leader, you will play a crucial role in leading our restoration projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship and timely completion. You will oversee a team of skilled professionals, manage project timelines, and maintain effective communication with clients and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead a crew of laborers on various restoration and interior / exterior projects.
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Coordinate with project managers and clients to meet project deadlines.
  • Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Provide training and mentorship to crew members, fostering a collaborative and proactive work environment.

    • Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as a carpenter, with leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials or other skilled building trades
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
