Position Information :
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of plant utilities such as water systems, compressed air, chillers, cooling towers, and facility lighting to ensure efficient plant operations.Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, including injection molding machines, robotic systems, electronic assembly devices, and related auxiliary machinery.Address mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems on facility and production equipment to minimize downtime.Support infrastructure upkeep, handling plumbing, electrical systems, and maintaining safety systems throughout the building.Collaborate with outside vendors for scheduled inspections, equipment calibrations, and specialized repairs.Maintain accurate documentation including maintenance logs, service records, and tracking of spare parts inventory.Assist with the installation, setup, and relocation of machinery and equipment as operational needs change.Participate actively in TPM initiatives and promote safety, 5S, and environmental practices within the maintenance team.Required Experience :
At least five years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing, with preference given to backgrounds in plastic injection molding or electronics assembly.Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, along with experience working with chillers, compressors, HVAC, and cooling equipment.Proficient in interpreting mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.High school diploma or technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Maintenance required; additional electrician or forklift certifications are a plus.Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities, teamwork skills, familiarity with TPM and preventive maintenance programs, and flexibility to work overtime or variable shifts.
