Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor the data engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration Oversee the standardization and validation of client data, ensuring alignment with company needs Develop and enforce industry standards in data engineering, enhancing system resilience and data processes Required Qualifications 7+ years of data engineering experience, including leadership roles Experience in the healthcare industry with clinical or billing / claims data Proficiency in SQL, ELT processes, and data orchestration tools like dbt and Airflow Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team Experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS
