Hawai'i Pacific Health is excited to offer tuition assistance for selected individuals to participate in the Academy for Healthcare Innovation's (AHI) Nurse Aide training program. This unique opportunity is designed for those who aspire to build a rewarding career in health care.

Selected individuals (participants) will receive financial assistance for the AHI Nurse Aide training program. Please note : Financial assistance will cover tuition only, and participants may be responsible for additional fees. Upon successful completion and certification, participants will be eligible to apply for Nurse Aide or Clinical Assistant positions at Hawai'i Pacific Health. This financial assistance is intended for individuals who are interested in joining Hawai'i Pacific Health after graduation. By participating in the program at AHI, participants are taking an important step on the path toward a rewarding health care career with our organization.

We are currently looking for individuals who share the same passion about our mission and have an interest in becoming a Nurse Aide. Details for this training program are outlined below.

Program Start Date : March 2, 2026

Program End Date : April 24, 2026

Class Location : YMCA of Honolulu Leeward Branch

Minimum Education Requirement : High school diploma and / or equivalent

Employment Benefits :

Starting pay at $20.00 / hour

Important Notes :

To be considered for tuition assistance, individuals must submit an application for the Nurse Aide training program to the Academy for Healthcare Innovation by December 15. Consideration for future employment at Hawai'i Pacific Health is contingent upon the completion of the program.
