Cardiac Cath RN – Day Shift | 7AM–3 : 30PM, Monday–Friday\nRate : $97 / hr | Temp-to-Perm Possible\n\nRequirements : \n\nRN license in state of employment or compact\n\nBLS and ACLS via AHA\n\n1 year of experience in critical care or related specialty preferred (new grads considered)\n\nUnit / Patients : \n\nCardiac cath, peripherals, TAVR, devices\n\nNurse-to-patient ratio : 2 RNs + 2 techs per 1 patient\n\nSchedule : \n\nEvery 3rd or 4th weekend\n\nOn-call as scheduled\n\nResponsibilities : \n\nProvide routine and complex care independently\n\nPerform assessments, administer medications / treatments, and monitor patient response\n\nDocument care, educate patients / families, and address complex psychosocial needs\n\nMeet organizational competencies and follow ANA Standards of Practice\n\nParticipate in orientation, preceptorship, and competency validations
