Accounting Manager

The Position

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our dynamic finance team in Tampa. Reporting directly to the Director of Accounting, this in-office role will be instrumental in managing day-to-day accounting operations, supporting global financial reporting, and driving process improvements to scale with our growth.

What You Will be Doing

• Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee general ledger activities, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Coordinate with our international team in Vietnam, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., tax, FP&A, order operations) to support business initiatives and ensure financial integrity.
• Assist in the review of audit schedules and liaise with external auditors.
• Support technical accounting initiatives including revenue recognition, leasing, and stock-based compensation.
• Drive automation and process optimization across accounting workflows, implementing best practices aligned with a SOX internal control environment.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
• Responsible for reviewing / approving T&E transactions in accordance with company policy.
• Contribute to the development and documentation of accounting policies and procedures.
