They are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team. Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities :

• Process invoices, verify financial data for accuracy and ensure timely payment of bills
• Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records
• Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts and financial reports
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• Accurately enter and update financial data into Microsoft Dynamics (Dynamics 365, Dynamics GP, Great Plains)
• Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and regulatory standards
• Provide support for audits, budgeting processes and other accounting projects as needed
