Details / Requirements :

Schedule : Full-time (Monday-Friday). Four-day workweek considered; Fridays required.

Population : Primarily adults; must be comfortable treating patients 13+.

Setting : Rural outpatient behavioral health clinic.

Clinical Areas : Psychiatric care + Substance Use Disorder (SUD) experience strongly preferred.

Support Model : Collaborate under a supervising psychiatrist.

1-hour psychiatric evaluations

15-20 minute medication checks

EMR : Netsmart myEvolv

Credentialing : 3-4 weeks

Start Date : ASAP

Remote Options : Limited telehealth; in-person care is preferred for optimal patient outcomes.

Candidate Requirements :

Active New York Medicaid credentials

PMHNP certification with adolescent experience

Compassion-driven practice style aligned with rural community needs

Compensation : $180,000-$200,000+ annually, salary is negotiable based on experience and scope
