Join  Shasta Regional Medical Center , a 226-bed acute care facility and member of the Prime Healthcare system, as a  Cardiovascular Surgeon . This is an exceptional opportunity to establish and lead a thoracic surgery program while providing advanced cardiothoracic care in a supportive, patient-focused environment with access to state-of-the-art technology and strong clinical support.

Position Highlights

Employment :  Hospital-owned multi-specialty group or 1099 independent contractor

Scope of Practice :  Cardiothoracic and thoracic surgery, including TAVR, da Vinci robotic procedures, CABG, AVR, MVR, and AAA repair

• Schedule :  3 weeks ON, 1 week OFF (procedures and hospital availability required during ON weeks)
• Call :  ON weeks only
• Setting :  Mix of inpatient and outpatient care, with on-site clinic

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary : $462,460 - $649,347 (dependent on employment setup)
