Job Summary and Qualifications

The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care per the nature and specific requirements of the department, and consistent with the scope and standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. In collaboration with medical providers and other members of the care team, the RN provides individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models such as Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage. The RN serves as an advocate for patients / families / caregivers and models a commitment to the organizations vision / mission / values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.

Pinewood Springs is a joint venture mental health and wellness hospital operated by HCA Healthcares Tristar Health and Maury Regional Medical Center. The hospital serves the mental health needs of both adolescent and adult patients.
