Air Squared Manufacturing, Inc. is an OEM manufacturer of scroll type compressors, vacuum pumps and expanders for the medical, aerospace, fuel cell and power generation industries. We are looking for a CNC Machine Operator to support manufacturing processes through operating and performing maintenance on a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machine. You would be responsible for running a pre-programmed machine and ensuring that machined parts meet criteria from work instructions and blueprints.

Pay Range : $21 - $25 / hour, based on qualifications and experience

1 / hour pay differential for 2nd Shift (Mondays thru Thursdays, 3;30pm - 2 : 00am)

12% pay differential for Weekend Days Shift (Fridays thru Sundays, 7 : 00am - 7 : 30pm)

    • CNC Machine Operator Job Responsibilities :

  • Load and unload parts utilizing pre-programmed CNC mills
  • Load and inspect the parts on a pre-programmed CMM inspection machine
  • Use work and tool offsets on manual mill and lathe machines
  • Use hand tools on machined parts when needed
  • Tighten and loosen fasteners to hold parts and fixtures in place
  • Assist in shipping preparation, such as packaging, shipping and receiving as need
  • Deburr metal parts after they have been machined
  • Order supplies for the machine shop as needed
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

    • CNC Machine Operator Qualifications :

  • MUST SUBMIT RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED
  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • 1-year experience operating a CNC Mill (preferred)
  • Employment with Air Squared is contingent on passing a statewide background check, drug screening (for substances illegal in the state of Colorado), and employment verification through E-Verify
