A fast paced 23 bed unit with a 1 : 4 ratio involves high turnover with patients going to and from procedures. Focused care for interventional cardiology and structural heart TAVRs. Our nurses are supported by their team, taking a collaborative approach in patient care through multidisciplinary rounding.
