You would work directly on high-value matters that often span multiple jurisdictions.
The role involves close collaboration with colleagues across corporate, IP, regulatory, and tax. The work includes negotiating complex agreements, advising on IP and related technology issues in transactional settings, and supporting deals that have meaningful impact across the life sciences sector.
They are interested in associates with strong experience analysing, drafting, and negotiating IP and commercial agreements, together with an excellent academic record. A background in life sciences or related training is helpful. Admission in Massachusetts or eligibility to transfer is required.
