Company Description

CareMed Health Solutions is a facility-based team of medical and mental health providers who provide psychiatric mental health services to adolescents in a residential treatment center. We strive to give quality care to residents while working together with the facility to carry out the best care possible. While working with an interdisciplinary care team to provide medical care to patients in residential treatment centers, you will have the opportunity to impact in a positive way the life and wellbeing of the adolescent population.

We are currently seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide individual assessments and medication management to the Adolescents receiving care at the RTC.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Current, unrestricted Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona
  • Experience using Electronic Health Records
  • Experience working in a Adolescent Psychiatric Unit or in an Adolescent Residential Treatment Center
  • Effective communication skills that will help you to interact with facility staff, patients and families
  • Ability to work within an interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care.

LOCATION / RESPONSIBILITIES- Arizona

  • Manage Residents with acute change in condition.
