Occupational Therapist- School-Based

Position : Occupational Therapist for the 2025 / 2026 School Year in Concord CA

Job Duties :

• Complete OT Assessments and reports
• Complete OT Therapy as needed. COTAs will complete majority of therapy sessions
• Enter IEP information (present levels goals service amount) into the IEP document system
• Attend IEP meetings
• Supervise COTA
• Collaborate with SPED Team members and teachers
• Complete Quarterly Progress Reports if Required
