HealthPro Heritage is seeking an enthusiastic Physical Therapist to join our team in Escondido, CA! This unique role offers the opportunity to provide services across all levels of care — Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Independent Living — within our exceptional Continuing Care Retirement Communities.

• Locations : Meadowbrook Village (Skilled Nursing and Outpatient) & Redwood Terrace (Skilled Nursing)
• Schedule : Flexible — Set your own schedule!
• Compensation : $48–$53 / hour , based on experience
• Perks : Paid travel time between facilities
