Job description

Position Overview : The Mechanical Assembler is responsible for assembling machines and systems to meet customer specifications and requirements.

Responsibilities :

  • Assemble machines and systems from drawings and verbal instructions.
  • Record changes to machine parts and assemblies on engineering drawings using established procedures.
  • Follow machine diagrams

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or trade school certification.
  • Knowledge of basic machine assembly.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Familiarity with hand tools (e.g., wrenches, pliers, power drills

    • Job Specifications :

  • Physical activity includes standing, walking, pushing, pulling, reaching overhead, and bending.
  • Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds; frequently exert up to 10 pounds of force.
  • Manufacturing environment with exposure to high noise levels and physical hazards, including moving mechanical parts and electrical currents.
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods.

    • Salary : $20-24 / hr
