Job Overview

• Supervise and train hourly employees
• Develop and implement departmental budgets, work schedules and staffing requirements that fully support the facility profit plan
• Maintain a positive human resource climate through the use of pro-active communication programs and teambuilding exercises
• Manage the department in a manner that achieves maximum quality and meets expected standards of productivity and efficiency
• Develop and implement departmental safety and operational excellence programs that support regional and / or company guidelines
• Comply with all State regulations concerning safety and environmental
