As our Production Planning Manager, you'll be the strategic mind behind our scheduling process driving efficiency, quality, and growth across five production lines. You'll own the master schedule from start to finish, using data and cross-functional collaboration to keep production humming and customers satisfied.

What You'll Do

• Own the schedule. Develop, maintain, and refine detailed SKU-level production plans using our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics). Factor in performance data, forecasts, inventory, staffing, throughput, and equipment capabilities to keep production on track.
• Plan for the future. Expand our planning horizon from 4 to 12 weeks, improving visibility and alignment across departments.
• Maximize efficiency. Sequence production runs to optimize species, allergens, and equipment nuances while maintaining food safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally. Serve as the bridge between production, procurement, and other teams ensuring communication flows smoothly and problems are solved before they escalate.
• Stay agile. Monitor live production and materials to make real-time adjustments as needed, keeping the floor moving and the goals met.
• Drive continuous improvement. Conduct ad-hoc analyses, manage the production calendar, and partner with Marketing, Commercialization, and R&D to bring new products to life with smart scheduling strategies.
