About this role :
Our company is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting in-process inspections using hand inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and other measurement equipment. Your primary role will be to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards before they move forward in the production process.

Responsibilities :
Perform in-process inspections using various hand inspection tools, including micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etcFollow work instructions and inspection guidelines to accurately assess product qualityPay meticulous attention to detail, identifying any defects, deviations, or non-conformances during inspectionsRead and interpret Mylar's and blueprints to verify product dimensions and specificationsCollaborate with production teams to address and resolve any quality issues that may ariseAssist in reporting non-conformances and documenting inspection results accuratelyContinuously learn and adapt to new inspection techniques, tools, and technologiesMaintain a clean and organized work areaPerform thorough examinations of all materials and finished productsImplement and improve quality control operating proceduresIdentify and troubleshoot equipment problems and defectsOther job duties as assignedRequirements :
High school diploma or equivalentProven experience as a Quality Inspector or in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environmentProficient in using hand inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and other measurement equipmentExcellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects and non-conformancesStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsFamiliarity with quality control processes and standardsBasic computer skills for documenting inspection resultsAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks effectivelyWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and inspection methodsStrong attention to detailStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Qualifications :
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environmentKnowledge of quality management systemsFamiliarity with ISO standardsAbility to read and interpret Mylar's and blueprintsExperience with non-conformance reporting
