Additionally, they manage litigation files and oversee vendor contract processes for a community-focused organization and its associated entities.
The ideal candidate for this role resides in CA and is willing to work remotely for both Arizona and the SF Bay Area.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Conducts discovery and investigates facts by collecting various records, maintaining evidence, and exercising judgment in claims investigations, including witness interviews.
- Monitors and evaluates EEOC, DOL, and litigation claims, recommending mitigation efforts and assisting in defense.
- Manages legal agreements, files, databases, and coordinates correspondence; reads, researches, and drafts legal documents; prepares charts and graphs.
- Oversees the Contract Life Cycle.
- Prepares presentations, coordinates project-based work, and conducts EEOC training as needed.
- Builds internal relationships, collaborates on cross-functional teams, and adopts technology enhancements to improve department performance.
- Updates job knowledge through educational opportunities and professional networks; enhances department reputation by accepting new requests and exploring value-add opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications :
7+ years as an Administrative Professional or Paralegal in a corporate or law firm setting.Preferred experience with California Law and complex litigation management.Ability to type 60 words per minute at minimum and possess clear communication skills.Ready to make a difference?
