This role involves providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This 13-week assignment in a skilled nursing facility involves 8-hour day shifts.

Responsibilities include evaluating and assessing patient conditions, creating and implementing individualized treatment plans, administering therapeutic exercises and modalities, and monitoring progress to adjust care as needed. You will also educate patients and their families about therapy goals and at-home exercises, collaborate with other healthcare professionals, and document patient evaluations and outcomes accurately.

To qualify, you need a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. Specialization certifications in areas such as orthopedics, sports, neurology, or geriatrics are recommended.
