Job Title : Cardiovascular Sonographer - Flexible Schedule - Raleigh, NC

A respected healthcare provider in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Cardiovascular Sonographer to join their imaging team. This opportunity offers a flexible schedule with a guaranteed half-day on Fridays , promoting excellent work-life balance.

Shift / Hours :

Flexible scheduling - set your own hours. Typical schedule is Monday through Thursday, 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM , and Friday, 7 : 30 AM - 12 : 00 PM .

Typical Volume :

When working an 8-hour day, the candidate will perform approximately 6-8 studies , each lasting 1 to 1.5 hours .

Position Overview :

The Cardiovascular Sonographer will perform ultrasound imaging of cardiac and vascular structures, provide pre- and post-procedure care, maintain equipment, and manage imaging data.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct pre- and post-procedure patient assessments, including emergency cardiac care (CPR required)
• Generate ultrasound images of the heart and vascular systems
• Perform routine equipment calibration and maintenance
• Prepare procedure rooms and maintain cleanliness between patients
• Manage patient records and imaging data entry
