Senior Project Manager

Shirley Contracting Company, LLC is looking for a Senior Project Manager to work on various projects in the Greater Richmond / Williamsburg / Hampton areas.

Qualifications :

• 5+ years of construction management experience.
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in computer and corresponding programs Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• A team player with leadership abilities.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Must pass pre-employment physical / drug screening.
