Marketing Coordinator / Specialist

Our client is looking for a Marketing Coordinator / Specialist to join their team in Boca to run and manage all of the marketing for the company. This person will be responsible for managing social media profiles & can show the companies culture / personality online, Input / ideas on website design (dont need to do design) but work alongside on ideas, Helping to build campaigns, Manager / Organize events of 100+ people. Tradeshows and conferences, lunch and learns, do presentations, registration for events, themes of events, invites, etc; from start to finish (it doesnt need to do the outreach to get people to these conferences, etc). This specialist will manage the marketing funds we get from our partners (ingram, Cisco, Microsoft, etc.). Our ideal candidate should be able to collaborate with the Sales and Engineering departments to produce product and service materials as well as design and implement successful marketing campaigns and will work with Sales Reps on targeted campaigns to open the door to white space accounts. Addition duties include general branding campaigns around R2 offering. They also need to support the FLGISA conferences handle trade show booth and plan / organize the events we do at those (parties, seminars, etc.). They cant be all execution, they will need to have some creative as Id love them to be able to come up with great ideas, themes, etc. I do want them to manage our social media but nothing too intense there. Lastly, they will need to work with companies to create marketing materials for us email campaigns, flyers, case studies & testimonials / videos. Theyll also have to manage the marketing funds we get from our partners (ingram, Cisco, Microsoft, etc.). The salary range for this role is $75-85k
