Hoping to have construction completed, Dec 2023. - We are in the process of developing a high-quality, efficient-service model integrating 2 MD's, 2 APP's, Clinic Assistants and other support staff. The model promotes a culture of patient centeredness and staff resilience. - Walk-In care, on-site - Flexible, 0.6-1.0 FTE - 100% outpatient - 1 : 26 telephone call - Competitive salary based on regional and national surveys REQUIREMENTS - BC / BE in Family Medicine LOCATION - Staples, MN, is located 30 minutes West of Brainerd and 2 hours Northwest of Minneapolis - Staples population : approximately 3,000 - Brainerd Lakes Area population : 65,000; Regional service area : 115,000 COMPENSATION -$323,400.
