Key Responsibilities :

• Provide direct patient care following personalized care plans, helping residents with daily activities such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, and transferring.
• Assess and address resident needs by observing and reporting any changes or concerns to nursing staff.
• Accurately record vital signs and maintain records related to each resident’s daily living activities.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment by practicing infection control and standard precautions.
• Respond promptly to call lights and regularly check on residents to ensure their needs are met.
