Data Entry Specialist

A company is looking for a Master Data Operator to assist with order processing and customer support in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Process and update customer orders, including entering new orders and maintaining accurate records Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, discrepancies, and cancellations Support customer care initiatives and maintain exceptional customer relations Required Qualifications 2+ years of data entry or similar experience Prior customer care experience is strongly preferred Ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task effectively Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Industry experience and market knowledge are preferred
