Hospital Employed Family Medicine Job Near Fayetteville

Independently owned Hospital and health system is seeking a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to serve as the Associate Program Director of their FM Residency program. Join the mission to educate and prepare community-based Physicians to care for rural populations while also providing outpatient care. Located in Southeastern North Carolina, only an hour to the beaches in Wilmington, or the bright lights, big city life of Raleigh.

Practice details include :

• Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings and also comfortable with joint injections, dermatology procedures and OMT.
• Community of 10,000; 1hr to Wrightsville Beach
• Hospital Rotation is 1 week per month, supervising inpatient Family Medicine service
• Strong leadership, patient-centered medical staff
• Approximately 80% preceptorship and 20% clinical. Providing 1 day per week direct out-patient care and 4 days per week supervising / administering residents
