Join Our Team as a Videographer at Bridge Marina. Do you enjoy shooting and editing compelling video? Do you seek to create video content that makes a difference that you can see and hear? We are seeking a Videographer to join our team and tell our story, educate boaters, and showcase the boating lifestyle via video. In this role, you will be responsible for shooting, editing, and producing video content that contextualizes what we do as well as captivates the audience. As a Videographer with Bridge Marina, you will wear multiple hats, including shooting, editing, and more to contextualize what we do. Responsibilities

• Video shooting : You will be filming in and around the marina, on the water, and at various locations capturing the boating lifestyle. We typically work with minimal equipment, natural light with videographer and talent, plus occasional teammates as crew.
• Editing : Editing is done in contact with the marketing coordinator and marketing team; we seek to film, edit and post content in a rapid manner. It is not uncommon for us to shoot, edit and post videos in the same day.
• Diverse Content Creation : As a vital member of our marketing team, you\'ll be involved in all facets of content production, from strategy to media management, and every step of production. This role offers you a taste of the entire marketing landscape including creative input.
• Collaboration : You\'ll closely collaborate with our marketing manager, content creator, and president, gaining insights into the exciting aspects of marketing and business development. You\'ll also have access to perks like staff events on the water, boating opportunities, incentives, and rewarding experiences both on and around the water.
• Your work make a significant impact. It will help people become boaters and remain boaters and share all the benefits of time on the water with family and friends.

Compensation, Schedule, and Benefits

Competitive hourly rates range from $20 to $24 or an annual equivalent of approximately $40,000-$50,000, commensurate with experience, ability, and fit. Exceptional candidates may qualify for additional incentives. Opportunities for advancement exist, with a 35-45 hour work week, Tuesday through Saturday, and occasional remote work. Our offices are on the shores of Lake Hopatcong. We offer a health care package, an IRA with company contributions, sick time, and vacation time. This role will involve boating, team events, and experiences on and around the water. Primary offices are on Lake Hopatcong, with occasional shoots at our scenic saltwater location in Highlands, NJ. Team members who are comfortable with the commute thrive in this role.
