Job Requirements

Education Requirements :

State RN license

Recent Infection Prevention experience

Certifications Requirements :

Current RN license in Montana or ready for active licensure

Infection Prevention certification (preferred or recent experience)

Experience Requirements :

Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in LTC or hospital settings

Other Requirements :

Ability to work 36-40 hours per week (5x8's)

Must possess a Montana state license or be eligible for licensure

Strong infection prevention knowledge and supervisory skills

Flexibility and strong communication skills

Job Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate infection prevention protocols within a hospital setting.

Oversee LTC units ensuring adherence to safety and care standards.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement best practices.

Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.

Educate staff on infection control procedures and updates.
