Travel Nurse RN - Dialysis - $2,738 to $2,778 per week in Burlington, VT

Facility : University of Vermont Medical Center Backfill 1159362 - Assignment for 16 weeks, to cover FMLA T RN for acute dialysis : NEED to be flexible as shifts will be 10 hour days 7am-1730pm. every other weekend commitment and on call hours : call and floating expected. Apheresis experience preferred / PEDS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays : Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Years Day. Requirements :

• AHA BLS required
• Prior travel is required
• A minimum of 3 years of experience
• Experience in large (500 beds), teaching facility
• Must have experience in acute unit working with very sick patients
• EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable Additional Information :
