Job Details : $0.50-$0.52 per mile

NYC stop pay : $47.50 per stop

Drop / hook pay : $17.50 per drop

Lift Gate stop pay : $30 per stop

Live stop pay : $17.25 per stop

Refused delivery : $15 - $47.50

Off account work : $160 - $450

Detention pay : $15 / hour after 2 hours

Trainee pay : $200 per day

Safety training pay : $15 per hour

Holiday pay : $160 per day
