Our people division is growing, and we are looking for an Administrative Assistant at our Cortez Mine site. The successful candidate will provide confidential administrative support. Additional responsibilities include : preparing confidential documents and presentations and electronic filing of the same, collecting data and compiling monthly (and as needed) expense reports, preparing and distributing weekly and monthly site communications. Coordinating and presenting new hire orientation, event planning and coordination, monitoring incoming mail and responding as appropriate, attending meetings and documenting minutes; perform other duties as assigned.
