Weatherford is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Artificial Lift operations in Williston, ND. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, service quality, and customer satisfaction in the delivery of artificial lift solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial lift systems, leadership in oilfield operations, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage artificial lift operations, including sucker rod, pumping unit service, rod lift, and gas lift systems.
• Ensure alignment with Weatherford's operational standards, client expectations, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with engineering, service quality, and sales teams to optimize performance.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting in accordance with GAAP.
• Drive HSE compliance and promote a culture of safety and accountability.
• Develop and coach cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.
• Engage with clients to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
