Primary Services is actively recruiting for a Bilingual Customer Support Representative to support a large, established client. In this role, you will assist with customer inquiries, manage project communication, and ensure accurate order tracking and scheduling in the companys order management system. The position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the smooth execution of projects while working remotely.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate project status updates to customers and internal teams.
- Collect and document details for Change Orders and Punch Item orders.
- Track orders and schedule deliveries using the Hedberg order management system.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and efficient workflow.
- Support multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining organization and prioritization.
- Assist with general administrative tasks related to project management.
Qualifications
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.Experience with customer service or project coordination preferred.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Ability to learn new software quickly.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work with a diverse group of people and handle multiple tasks with interruptions.Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
