Remote Lab Dispatcher

A company is looking for a Lab Dispatcher for a remote position on the 2nd shift from 1pm to 7pm ET, Monday through Thursday. Key Responsibilities Dispatches all service orders to field personnel within fifteen minutes of order entry Documents changes to orders and coordinates estimated arrival times with technicians and facilities Handles scheduling, reassignments, and assists with inbound customer service calls as needed Required Qualifications High School Graduate or GED Proficient to expert in Microsoft Office software Ability to communicate clearly and confirm messages effectively Ability to focus in a busy call center environment Must have a private workspace and high-speed internet connection
