A company is looking for a Part Time Remote Customer Service Specialist. Key Responsibilities Navigates electronic health records to validate and document patient information while ensuring HIPAA compliance Manages a high volume of incoming calls for appointment scheduling, medication refills, insurance inquiries, and other patient needs Schedules patient visits, verifies insurance eligibility, and communicates clinical information to providers as necessary Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 2-5 years of relevant experience in healthcare or customer service No supervisory experience required Must live within 1 hour of St. Louis, Missouri Typing test required with a minimum speed of 35 wpm and 90% accuracy
