A leading Level III NICU is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner for ongoing night-shift coverage beginning July 2025 . Providers must be confident managing critical neonates and skilled in both ground and fixed-wing air transport .

🌙 Shift & Schedule Details

⏱️ Shift Length : 16 hours (3 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM)

📅 Schedule Needs : Primarily Friday–Monday

🗓️ Confirmed Coverage Dates :

Nov 7–10 (AM)

Nov 14–17 (AM)

Nov 27–Dec 1 (AM)

Dec 5–8 (AM)

🏥 Setting : Inpatient, Level III NICU

👤 FTE : 1.0

💻 EMR : Epic

🧠 Clinical Responsibilities

🫁 Intubations

🪡 Central line placement

🩸 Peripheral arterial lines

👶 Attendance at high-risk deliveries

✈️ Ground & fixed-wing air transport (required)

🤝 Supported by a full NICU care team

✅ Requirements

Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner – Required

Active North Dakota License – Required

DEA & NRP Certification – Required at submission

Clean malpractice / background – Preferred

Must be comfortable with both ground and fixed-wing transport
