Private asset markets (PE, Private Credit, VC, Real Estate) have 10x to 9.8T in AUM over the past decade and are projected to grow to $17T in the next five years. However, digital infrastructure has not kept pace, with the majority of the market operating predominantly in error-prone, internal-only software solutions.

PactFi provides secure, end-to-end, operational infrastructure for managing complex private credit transactions. Our web-based application brings together all parties involved in such a transaction to more efficiently allocate capital, complete KYC, share documents, manage funds flow, and more. The platform is secured to a bank-grade standard and we have received both our SOC 2 Type II attestation and our ISO 27001 certification.

PactFi was developed in close partnership with several of the industry's largest players by both size (AUM) and deal activity.

Job Description

PactFi is seeking a high-caliber finance professional to build and scale our finance function from the ground up. You'll start as an individual contributor "in the model," but quickly take ownership of building the infrastructure, processes, and team that will power PactFi's next stage of growth.

Because PactFi's products have strong network-based effects, your work won't just focus on classic SaaS metrics - you'll help the company understand how interconnected user activity drives both revenue and long-term strategic value.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate FP&A who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.

Responsibilities

Financial Leadership

• Own core finance functions including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain a dynamic, scalable financial model that captures both recurring revenues and network-driven transaction activity.
• Ensure accounting systems and processes are robust, scalable, and audit-ready.
